Here’s what you need to know prior to ordering, what you should check and confirm when you receive your order, and how our billing process works.
Step 1: Basic Requirement
To take advantage of the Roam Simple post-paid solutions, please make sure of the following:
All Roam Simple SIM cards require an unlocked GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 or a GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
compatible cell phone. Which simply means to ensure your phone is able to use other network SIM cards
because many cell phones sold by North American carriers come "locked" to that carrier. A "locked"
phone can only be used with that carrier; it cannot be used with another carrier's service.
If you do not have an unlocked GSM phone you can purchase one from Roam Simple at a very reasonable
price. We offer both new and reconditioned, unlocked GSM cell phones.
Step 2: Order Online
To place your order you must order online at www.roamsimple.com. For the security of
your personal information we cannot take personal credit information over the phone.

Once your order is received you will be notified by email with a confirmation of your
order and a follow-up shipping confirmation notification detailing your courier tracking details.
Step 3: Review and Test
All our SIM cards and phones are tested for connectivity and call quality assurance prior
to them leaving our shipping facility. However, for peace of mind you should make a call
from your service to ensure all is in order. We have included a welcome kit with voice-mail
instructions (where applicable) and dialing instructions for your review. Please review all

Simple Billing
If there is any airtime or data usage against your account we charge you credit card on file immediately upon receipt of the call usage records from our International Carrier Partners. We will send you an email notification to view your invoice online once your credit card has been charged. The My Wireless Account page will display all of your airtime usage and any credits or adjustments that have been applied to your account. Usage reports typically come in from our International Carrier Partners every 30 days.
You may view your statement and usage details through the My Wireless Account page on our website at: https://www.roamsimple.com.
Please note: If there is any additional airtime usage not captured on your current statement it will automatically be applied to your credit card in the next billing period. An email notification will ALWAYS be sent, whenever any charges are applied to your account.
