In this Privacy Policy the company shall be referred to as "Roam Simple Wireless", "Roam Simple", "us", "we" and "our". The Customers are referred to as "customers", "you" and "your".
 
At Roam Simple, the security and integrity of our customers' personal information is important to us. We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy of our customers while providing the high level communication services they expect.

The credit card must be in the name of the service user.

7. To insure secure online payment and all other transactions of personal data, the Web Site uses a technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL encrypts all communications between your computer and our server so that the information can only be read and understood by us. A closed lock in the bottom left (Netscape) or right (Internet Explorer) corner of your browser window shows a secure connection. Additionally, Roam Simples' employees receive privacy training and must comply with Roam Simples' privacy practices as a condition of employment.

9. Roam Simple is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit:

• Using "robots" or otherwise harvesting others' email addresses from the Roam Simple servers for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.
• Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple times.
• Allowing third parties to contact our customer database without the customer's prior consent.
• Emailing non Roam Simple customers promotional or marketing materials without their prior consent.
• Emailing Roam Simple customers who have opted out of email based contact promotional or marketing materials without their prior consent.

Customers that wish to: 0btain more information about Roam Simples Commitment to Privacy; access, or obtain more information about, their personal information held by Roam Simple; or make a privacy-related complaint;
