In this Privacy Policy the company shall be referred to as "Roam Simple Wireless",
"Roam Simple", "us", "we" and "our". The Customers are referred to as "customers",
"you" and "your".
At Roam Simple, the security and integrity of our customers' personal information
is important to us. We take every reasonable measure necessary to protect the privacy
of our customers while providing the high level communication services they expect.
1. Information you provide or that is obtained by Roam
Simple Wireless will be used by us to enable us to review, develop and improve the
services which we offer and provide you and other customers (via mail, email telephone
or otherwise) with information about new products and services and special offers
we think you will find valuable. We may also inform you about new products and services
and special offers of selected third parties.
Customer information falls into two categories:
A) Identifiable. This information is only required from
customers when they choose to enquire further about our services. By providing your
name and email address and telephone number you are agreeing to allow Roam Simple
Wireless to contact you regarding your enquiry and any Roam Simple Wireless promotions

Personal information collected by Roam Simple is information about an identifiable

B) Non-identifiable Information. Roam Simple Wireless

purchases made in Canada: Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club. The following major
credit cards are accepted for purchases made in the USA: Visa, Master Card and Diners
Club. Your credit card will be debited when you click on the purchase button. The
credit card must be in the name of the service user.
7. To insure secure online payment and all other transactions
of personal data, the Web Site uses a technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
SSL encrypts all communications between your computer and our server so that the
information can only be read and understood by us. A closed lock in the bottom left
(Netscape) or right (Internet Explorer) corner of your browser window shows a secure

and if necessary revised, on a regular basis. Additionally, Roam Simples' employees
receive privacy training and must comply with Roam Simples' privacy practices as
a condition of employment.
9. Roam Simple is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming
policy. Under this policy, we prohibit:
- Manipulating identifiers, such as email headers, to disguise the origin of any content
transmitted to or through The Company's computer systems.
- Relaying email through a third party's mail servers without the permission of that

- Using or causing to be used Roam Simple computer systems to facilitate the transmission

URL's, "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of unauthorized
solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available.
- Using "robots" or otherwise harvesting others' email addresses from the Roam Simple
servers for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material.
- Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting the same message, URL, or post multiple
times.
- Allowing third parties to contact our customer database without the customer's prior
consent.
- Emailing non Roam Simple customers promotional or marketing materials without their
prior consent.
- Emailing Roam Simple customers who have opted out of email based contact promotional
or marketing materials without their prior consent.
Customers that wish to: 0btain more information about Roam Simples Commitment to
Privacy; access, or obtain more information about, their personal information held
by Roam Simple; or make a privacy-related complaint;
may contact a Roam Simple customer service representative who, if necessary, will
refer the customer to the Roam Simple Privacy Officer.
