Roam Simple's Peace of Mind Guarantee allows customers to cancel their order provided
they do so within 7 days of purchase and have not used the service. Customers who
cancel their order will receive a refund for all hardware and services minus a 15%
restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued after Roam Simple reviews usage on your account and when
all products are returned. Call details from our carrier partners may take up to
30 days for us to receive.
Customer are encouraged to examine their order upon receipt and immediately notify
Roam Simple if the cell phone or SIM card purchased from Roam Simple is not in good
working order at the time of receipt or is not the correct items ordered. Failure
to do so within 7 days of receipt will result in the void of the Peace of Mind Guarantee
policy.
All returned products must be returned 100% complete, including all of its components,
all original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided
by the manufacturer.
INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED CONDITION: Roam Simple
reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will
be returned to the customer. The return freight will be billed to the customer's
credit card.
Refunds will not be provided for airtime usage or any used equipment.

for all hardware and services less shipping fees.

on call details from our carrier partners, which can take up to 30 days for us to
receive.
