Orders are shipped via Express delivery (two business days) at a flat fee of $15.
Multiple item orders will be billed for a single shipping fee; orders must be placed
before 2pm EST to receive your package within two business days.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be received by Tuesday at 12pm.
Note: P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted by the
courier service. As your order is considered an international delivery the package
must be signed for and cannot be left in the mailbox. If nobody is available to
receive the package the courier will leave a "notice of attempt" stating that they
will be back the next business day to try again. You may also follow up with the
courier directly to make arrangements to pick up your package.
Shipping Area
Roam Simple ships anywhere in the United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Canada
or the US will not be subject to any duties.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation that will include an item tracking number
so you can easily track your shipment via
www.fedex.com.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Roam Simple will make
reasonable efforts to deliver the Customers order by the requested delivery time.
While Roam Simple will make reasonable efforts to deliver our products and services,
we shall not incur any liability to customers in the event of any delay as such
reasons relating to but not limited to weather, customs, force majeure and any other
issues beyond our reasonable control.
Customer shall accept their order when delivered on or before the requested delivery
time.
Note: For any reason, if you do not accept your order
when delivered, you will still be liable for the delivery costs in full. All items
returned to us based on your non-acceptance will incur a 25% restocking fee and
the difference will be refunded to your credit card.
Processing & Shipping Time

Orders placed on Friday will be received on Monday by 12pm. Orders placed on Saturday

Tracking your Shipment
When your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation that will include
a tracking number so you can easily track your shipment.
