Simple Warranty

Roam Simple phones are manufacturer-refurbished phones and as such all phones have a 3-month Manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects. All claims must be reported by email at info@roamsimple.com. If claims are deemed valid a replacement phone of equal or greater value will be sent to the customer free of charge.
 
Roam Simple SIM cards are tested for call quality and roaming abilities prior to being shipped. If for any reason you incur a problem with your SIM card please contact us immediately at 1.866.572.7699 or by email at info@roamsimple.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or send you a replacement SIM card at no charge.
 
Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear from use of the product.
